Should You Get a Laptop, Desktop, Or Netbook Computer?

Should you get a desktop computer, a laptop, or a netbook? Since there are so many options out there, it can often be difficult to decide which one is right for you. However, by mirroring it down to a couple of considerations, you can easily figure out which type you should get. For starters, let's talk about the netbook. These are the extremely tiny computers that can basically fit into a backpack and you won't know that they're there. They are ideal for somebody who only very casually uses the Internet. If you occasionally send off an e-mail and liked check your Facebook every now and then, then this might be right for you. However, if you like to do other things besides that, it's probably not right.
There was a time when desktop computers were the only way you could get everything done you needed to. Laptops are more of a convenience, and they didn't have as many features because they were so portable. However, now they have laptops that are desktop replacements. They have just about all the same features as desktop computers. Granted, desktops can be more powerful, but laptops are portable. That's really where you need to draw the line. If you need your computer to be portable, and you have to get a laptop. If you need the highest performance available, they need to get a desktop.
If what you're looking for doesn't hinge on one of those two deciding factors, then you can pretty much choose whichever one you want. You'll find ones in your price range from either side, and doubled the will to do what you want to do. The important thing is to get the computer that's good for you, whether it's a laptop, desktop, or netbook. If you do this, you'll be amazed at the results.
